Eductor Agitation Systems

Eductor agitation has become more and more popular over the last few years with the greater demand for higher quality products and a safer worker environment for the operators.

The eductor works using the venturi principal. Liquid is pumped into the nozzle and exits at high velocity inducing liquid from the surrounding solution. This additional flow or induced flow mixes with the pumped flow and multiplies the volume transferred up to 5 x times.

This means a small pump can agitate much greater volumes of solution.

There are many benefits for eductor agitation within the Metal Finishing Industry including
